Krystal, in combination with investment partners Paul Clinton and Paul Cosulich, has just completed the purchase of Magnum Trailer & Equipment Inc.

Krystal is pleased to announce the purchase of Magnum Trailer & Equipment Inc. (“Magnum”) from founders/owners Bob and Ted Willock. Founded in 1984 and based in Abbotsford, BC, Magnum has three distinct business segments: 1) manufacturing heavy-duty aftermarket truck accessories, 2) manufacturing/distributing on- and off-highway truck trailers and 3) servicing & maintaining the fleets of mid-sized transportation companies.  In the Truck Accessories division, Magnum specializes in heavy-duty ‘moose bumpers’ that are used to protect drivers and their trucks from damage that can be caused by collisions with wildlife.  In the Trailers division Magnum has been increasingly focusing on trailers used in oil & gas drilling, and also continues to provide off-highway trailers to the marine port and other industries.  Magnum’s Service division continues to experience strong demand due to its quality workmanship and availability during most hours of the day, 7 days a week.  Krystal is excited for the opportunity to work with Magnum’s management team to grow the product and service solutions provided to its customers.
